You speak in every session. Daniel gives two minutes of notes, you try again, and by week four you can open a meeting with one sentence and hold the room without a deck.
Cohorts are capped at 24 so everyone gets their reps. Sessions are 75 minutes over lunch Eastern time and recorded for anyone who has to miss one.
